How can we modify our UI to optimize task execution and improve usability?

Summary
The "Send in Bulk" feature by Adobe Sign allows users, particularly from medium and large companies, to send agreements to thousands of recipients simultaneously. It operates like a mail merge service, where a shared document serves as the base for each agreement, and customizations are integrated seamlessly.
Challenges
As dataset complexity grows, with more recipients or customization options, users may experience increased stress. The product must be adaptable, scaling alongside their evolving needs with each send.
Outdated UI
The old interface is both unfriendly to users and aesthetically outdated. It does not adhere to the Adobe design system (Spectrum).
Inflexibility
Most users prefer manual entry for a few recipients, while others use CSV files for extensive lists. The old interface struggled to clearly differentiate these methods.
Overload
Some "Bulk Send" settings are not crucial for most users but essential for many. The old interface displayed these controls to all, causing confusion and friction.

Redesigned Manual "Bulk send"

1. Agreement details
The updated Agreement Details section simplifies agreement creation with wider fields and more spacing, offering a clearer, less cluttered user experience.
2. Agreement settings
New layout streamlines "send in bulk" by displaying only key settings by default, while less crucial options are hidden, accessible for more complex scenarios.
3. Add recipients
Users can now add recipients individually by clicking the "+" button to insert new rows for names, emails, and authentication methods.
4. CSV file
The UI now prominently displays the "Upload CSV file" feature for easier access.Clicking alters the UI to suit the new "upload CSV" experience, facilitating transition.
CSV based Bulk Send

The updated UI incorporates a spacious "drag and drop" box for effortless uploading of local CSV files, enhancing user convenience. Users can seamlessly switch back to manual mode by selecting the "enter recipients manually" option.
Additionally, users have the flexibility to supplement the recipients beyond those included in the CSV file by simply clicking the "+" button and manually entering the additional recipient information.
Achievements
The "Send in Bulk" tool's redesign has increased user trust in the platform due to its simplicity, speedier task execution, and improved error handling and correction. Data from usability tests indicate a notable enhancement, as depicted in the diagrams below.
